Free · ~10 minutes of your time
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube keep a complete record of your activity — every open, every scroll, every late-night session. By law, they have to hand it over when you ask. We turn that into a clear, free 90-day report.
3 steps · about 10 min of clicking + a couple days waiting
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube. Even one is enough.
We walk you through each app's data-export request. Buried on purpose — we know where they hide them.
When the apps email your file, you upload it. We send your report.
TikTok is the slowest — up to 4 days. Others are usually under an hour. You don't have to wait around. We email you when it's ready.
Why this matters
Apple Screen Time shows you a number. The apps' own logs show you what actually happened — which sessions, what time, which feeds, how it changed over the year. Most people are surprised. Then they're useful with the information.
Privacy, the short version
Yes, and by design. GDPR (Europe) and the CCPA (California) require the platforms to give you a copy of everything they have on you when you ask. The rest of the U.S. mostly follows because the platforms find it easier to comply globally than maintain different export systems by region.
They know you requested your data — that's the whole legal mechanism. They don't know what you do with the file after it's in your hands. That's between you and us.
Check the sample report. Real numbers, not estimates. Total hours, late-night patterns, longest sessions, week-over-week trend, and how your feed mix shifted over 12 months.
Long answer in About. Short answer: we think people deserve to see what these apps are doing with their attention, and we built the tool to make that possible without putting a paywall between you and your own data.
Email is all we need to run this. The other fields help us put your numbers in context against people like you. Full privacy notice · one-click delete from any email we send.
Pick at least one. We'll walk you through asking each app for your activity history — even one app gives you a useful report.
