The report · free · about 10 minutes of clicking
The receipts they hoped you'd never ask for.
Every platform keeps a complete log of your activity — every open, every scroll, every 2:47 AM session. By law, they have to give it to you. We turn that file into a clear 90-day report.
How it works
Three steps. The waiting is on the platforms, not you.
Tell us where
Your email + a couple of context questions. Two minutes.
Ask the apps
We walk you through each app's hidden export menu. About 8 minutes of clicking.
Upload + done
When each app emails your file, drop it in. Report's back within an hour.
The waiting part
The platforms have to give you the file. They don't have to be fast about it. They like the friction. They didn't accidentally bury the export.
- →Instagram & Facebook (Meta): usually under 1 hour. Sometimes 48.
- →YouTube (Google Takeout): usually under 1 hour.
- →TikTok: the slowest. Up to 4 days. We email you when it's ready.
Click through the requests, close your laptop. We do the rest when the files land.
What we actually read
Each platform's export is a giant ZIP. Most of it is the contents — your photos, your messages, your profile. We don't touch any of that.
We read only the activity logs — the small JSON files that say things like "watched video at 23:47:12 for 47 seconds, then opened messages." That's where the actual behavioral picture lives.
After processing
Your file is gone within 48 hours.
We keep only the aggregate numbers your report is built from. No raw content. No identifiers we don't need. One-click delete in every email.
What you actually see
Real numbers. Not "approximate weekly screen time." The receipts.
- →Total hours on social apps over 90 days. (You will be surprised.)
- →Daily and weekly breakdown. Which day of the week the apps own you most.
- →Late-night use (after 11 PM). The session you don't remember picking up the phone for.
- →Your longest single session. The one that started as five minutes.
- →How your feed mix shifted over 12 months. Where the algorithm took you.
