Privacy notice

Short version: we are not the bad guys here.

The whole point of this site is helping you see what the apps have on you. Hoarding your data would be a weird thing to do under the circumstances.

What we collect

If you only take a test: nothing identifying. Your answers live in your browser. We see anonymized analytics (page views, did the test get completed).

If you opt into the email follow-up: the email address you gave us. We store it associated with your test result and the source page, so we can email you back. We don't add you to any other list and we don't sell or share it.

If you use the data-upload report: the email and context info you provided, plus your platform export file — temporarily. Full details on the report page.

What we don't do

• →Sell, share, or rent your information to anyone. Ever.
• →Read your messages, photos, videos, or profile data. We only need activity logs for the report.
• →Run third-party ad trackers. There's no Facebook pixel, no Google Tag Manager. Just simple analytics.
• →Keep your platform export file longer than 48 hours after processing it.

How to delete everything

Every email we send has a one-click delete link. Click it — your record is purged immediately. Or email us at hello@socialbreathalyzer.ai with "delete me" and we'll do it.

If you live in the EU / California

You have rights under GDPR and the CCPA. Specifically: the right to know what we have, the right to ask us to delete it, and the right to ask us not to sell it (we don't anyway). Email us and we'll cooperate.

Changes

If we ever change this — and especially if it gets worse for you — we'll email everyone who's given us their address before it takes effect. No sneaky updates.
